I filed my case on March 8, 2026. Citigroup Inc. and Citibank, N.A. (together "Citi") entered the case through their lawyers and filed their Answer. I asked the Court for more time to serve the individual defendants. Citi opposed that request and asked the Court to dismiss my claims against those individuals. I filed my reply. Both requests are awaiting the Court's decision. The case is in discovery, where each side requests documents and information from the other. The allegations have not yet been decided by the Court.
